SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping
- Products in stock will be dispatched in 5-6 working days.
- Sarees that need finishing like Fall-Pico will be dispatched in 8-10 working days.
- Made-to-order products will be dispatched in 21 working days.
- The Indian Textiles Co Pvt Ltd offer free shipping within India on prepaid orders.
- We offer free International shipping on orders above ₹35,000.
- International shipping charges will be calculated at the time of check-out as per actual weight and destination.
- We shall send you an e-mail containing the tracking information once the goods are shipped.
- Once shipped, please allow 7-10 business days to deliver in India.
- International shipments may take 8-15 business days.
Delay in Dispatch
- If there is a delay in dispatch due to any natural calamity, public holiday or any unforeseen circumstance, we shall not be liable to return or exchange the goods.
- If there is a delay in dispatch due to the product being out of stock, we may contact you through e-mail.
You may then choose to wait, choose alternate products, or opt for a store credit or refund.
NOTE
- For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any customs duties/taxes applicable in their country.
- Customs & import taxes – VAT/ Import Duties/ Local Taxes are borne directly by the customer if such charges are applicable in the destination country on handloom products sourced from India.
- These taxes will be chargeable over and above the product/order price you pay. These charges are ungovernable as they differ from country to country according to local rules and regulations.
RETURNS POLICY
- Return or exchange will only be accepted in case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of an incorrect item.
- No exchange/return will be accepted if the product was purchased at a discounted price.
- Saree(s) cannot be exchanged/refunded if Fall-Pico is done.
- Made to Order product(s) are not eligible for any exchange/refund.
- If you receive a package that appears to have been tampered with, kindly do not accept OR open it.
- Exchange/return requests MUST be made within 24 hours from the time of delivery, provided:
- The original invoice must be produced.
- The product(s) must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition.
- All exchange/return requests should be emailed to info@shivangikasliwal.com
- Indian Textiles Company solely reserves the right to decide if the product is in the appropriate condition for exchange/refund and such decision shall be final and binding.
- We offer exchanges and returns only in extreme circumstances.
